have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to formalize their commitment to promoting growth and advancement in research, teaching, and training activities related to the transportation, infrastructure, and logistics sectors.

UMTC congratulates Maharashtra Metro Rail Corp Ltd. on the State Government's
approval of Pune Metro Phase 2 corridors – Kharadi-Khadakwasla (25.52 km) and Nal Stop-Warje-Manik Baug (6.12 km). The proposal will now be submitted to the Central Government for final approval. UMTC is proud to contribute to the Detailed Project Report for these corridors, which will improve connectivity across key Pune locations, including Sinhagad Road, Swargate, Hadapsar, and Kharadi.

to the team at Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. on the Union Cabinet’s approval of Phase-2 of the Pune Metro Rail Project — covering Corridor 2A (Vanaz to Chandani Chowk) and Corridor 2B (Ramwadi to Wagholi/Vitthalwadi). These new corridors are extensions of the existing Vanaz–Ramwadi line developed under Phase-1.
