Concept
The rapid urbanization we have experienced in the last decade has resulted in the need to upgrade the existing transport infrastructure and introduction of new mass transit systems. Such initiatives call for intensive capital investments and majority of such projects require external funding. Implementation of new infrastructure can be funded through government sources, bilateral agencies or PPP.
UMTC plays a critical role as a facilitator for execution of urban transport infrastructure by offering transaction advisory services in the selection of an appropriate developer/ operator/ contractor.
